The University Health Club is committed to providing our students and communities’ services to help maintain their health and fitness routines. In order to overcome the current issue that has closed our doors to the public, the Health Club strives to continue to provide our services during this difficult time, to you, our patrons through social media.
We will be providing various fitness videos and classes via facebook live to help you continue to strive toward a healthier life. These classes will be great for anyone and are all designed to be, go at your own pace. So meet me at noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for a total body workout class. What you can expect from a total body workout is one you can do at home from your living room. The class will consist of different upper, core, and lower body exercises!
Please understand that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in our University Health Club 2.0 Facebook live classes. You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Do not start this fitness program if your physician or health care provider advises against it. If you experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time while exercising you should stop immediately and seek medical help.
Health Club 2.0 goes live on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 12-12:30pm.
