Students with previously approved accommodations or modifications at OU Health Campus or alternate sites must renew their accommodations each semester. Student Accommodation Services (SAS) recommends students submit these requests as soon as they have their course schedule for the approaching semester - ideally one to two weeks before the semester begins.  

Spring 2026 Renewals

To request accommodation renewal for the Spring 2026 semester, OU Health Campus and alternate site students should complete the Oklahoma City & Additional Sites Spring 2026 Renewal Request Form

OU-Tulsa students should complete the Tulsa Spring 2026 Renewal Request Form

Intersession Courses

To request accommodations for any intersession courses, please email us at SAS-HealthSciences@ou.edu to make your request.

Please Note

As a reminder, accommodations or modifications are not effective until the renewal request form for your respective campus is completed and your memo has been sent out to your College or degree program; students will be copied on these accommodation/modification memos when sent.
