HSC Student Affairs has teamed up with both the Children’s Hospital and the OU Medical Center to help the patients feel more “at home” in the hospital. With each program is an opportunity to provide new pajamas, blankets, toys and other simple comforts that can help patients receiving care.   Many families come to the hospital in emergency situations, with little time to pack items. Additionally, over 70% of families served are considered “low-income” and could use a helping hand. Adopt-A-Patient: Winter Wishes 2024

Spread warmth and cheer this holiday season by joining HSC Student Affairs in our Adopt-A-Patient: Winter Wishes 2024 campaign! HSC Student Affairs partners with the Children’s Hospital to bring joy to patients and their families who must spend the holidays in the hospital. Together with the Children's Hospital, we’re on a mission to make hospital stays a little cozier for young patients and their families.

Here’s how it works:
Once you register, we’ll match you with a patient age group and share gift suggestions if needed. All donations are appreciated! Please drop off unwrapped gifts with HSC Student Affairs in the HSC Student Union, Suite 300, by Thursday, December 12 at 4 PM. We’ll deliver the donations, spreading holiday cheer to patients and families in need.
