The University Village Apartments have two styles of apartments: townhouses and studios.  The amenities vary depending apartment style.

Studio Apartment | 373 Sq. Ft.

2022-23 Rate: $642/mo.

  • Bedroom, living room and kitchen all in one room
  • Full kitchen (stovetop with 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator)
  • Ceiling fans located in main room
  • Fire suppression system
  • Fire alarm system
  • Security alarm system
  • Access to laundry room down the hallway
Utilities
  • Water utility included in rent
  • Free Internet (Cox Communications)
  • 160 channels of cable via Cox Cable is included in rent (only basic channels, no movie channels)
  • Trash dumpster provided to dispose of garbage
  • Recycle dumpster provided to dispose of recyclables
  • Utilities not included
    • Electric (resident responsible for contacting OG & E directly to set up electric bill)
  • Gated parking lot (resident responsible for obtaining appropriate University parking permits) 
  • University Village access granted at time of move in
  • Gated community
  • Pedestrian gate access only with Student/Staff ID Card

Full Townhouse: $995/mo.
Half a Townhouse: $497.50/mo.

  • One half bathroom downstairs (toilet and sink only)
  • Full kitchen (4-burner stovetop, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator)

  • Ceiling fans located in each bedroom and living room
  • Fire suppression system 
  • Fire alarm system 
  • Security alarm system
