Important Deadline for OUHSC Standard Award Recipients

As we approach the end of the semester, we want to highlight a crucial deadline for OUHSC Standard Award recipients who are graduating this year. Formerly known as the Sooner Standard, this award recognizes HSC students who go above and beyond in the area of volunteerism.

Deadline for Logging Volunteer Hours

To be included in the OU Health Sciences Campus Awards program, all volunteer hours must be logged by March 29th at 5 PM. This ensures that our outstanding students receive the recognition they deserve.

Continuing to Qualify for the Award

After the March 29th deadline, students can still continue to add hours to qualify for the award up until graduation. 

How to Log Volunteer Hours

Students should log their volunteer hours on the OU Health Sciences GivePulse page. If you've previously added your volunteer hours through self-service, there’s no need to reenter them.
