New Group Fitness Classes Starting in February
We’re adding two energizing classes to our spring schedule—perfect for boosting your fitness routine or trying something new.
Spin Class
• Fridays, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
• Begins February 13
HIIT Class
• Saturdays, 10:30–11:30 a.m.
• Begins February 14
These additions are great opportunities to move your body, relieve stress, and meet fellow students with similar wellness goals.
Updated Weekend Hours Beginning March 7
Due to current staffing availability, our weekend operating hours will be adjusted.
New Weekend Hours
• Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
