Is your emotional battery drained? Are you becoming psychologically fatigued? Have you noticed a decrease in your physical energy? You may be experiencing burnout. Burnout manifests as physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual exhaustion usually caused by prolonged work-related stress. In this workshop, you will learn how to recognize the signs of burnout, ways to prevent it, and strategies to manage burnout symptoms.
