Student Art For Library Exhibit

Monday, January 22 - Friday, February 16

Library 3rd Floor Art Exhibit

The Library Director is interested in showcasing the artistic talents of OUHSC students using the exhibit gallery on the 3rd floor of the library.   The current display of WiSDMH faculty profiles have been on exhibit for a while and an exhibit to replace it is needed.

The Student Government Association Executive Board, which is co-sponsoring the exhibit for the spring, invites you to submit 2D art (pictures, photographs, drawings, paintings, etc) for this exhibit.   Framed art would be appreciated, however it isn’t a requirement.

  • The exhibit is intended to showcase pieces from a number of different students.  For this collaborative effort, please enter SGA Spring 2024 as the exhibit name on the submission form.  https://ouhsc.libwizard.com/f/artsubmission
  • The deadline for submissions is February 16, 2024.  You will be contacted in a few weeks following the deadline to update you on the status of your submission.
  • If you are prolific enough to stand up an entire exhibit on your own, please submit it as a separate entry, including the name you’ve given the exhibit.

Information about the exhibit area can be found at these links.

Ideally the exhibit would stay up for at least six months after it’s installed, so if you’ll be graduating and leaving campus during the next eight months, please take that into consideration.

We’re looking forward to sharing the talents of fellow students!
