Intramural Sports

Intramural Sports provides OUHSC students with an opportunity to meet fellow students and to take a well-deserved break from busy schedules. Intramural Sports is a fun and exciting way for students to get necessary exercise while competing in a safe environment.

Sign up for IM Leagues

Participation in Intramural Sports has been a great way for students to interact with their peers outside of the classroom and to have fun while doing so. Intramural sporting events, with the exception of single-day events, take place on campus and are conveniently located for students.

Create an IMLeagues account:

  1. Go to and click Create Account
  2. Enter your information, and use your personal e-mail address, you will be instructed to send a request to your admin. Click that and your admin will confirm you into the network. 
  3. You will be sent an activation email, click the link in the email to login and activate your IMLeagues account.
  4. You should be automatically joined to your school – If not you can search schools by clicking the “Schools” link by typing “University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center” in the search engine. 

Sign up for an intramural event:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Create/Join Team button at the top right of your User Homepage page or click on the “The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center” link to go to your school’s homepage on IMLeagues.
  3. The current sports will be displayed, click on the sport you wish to join. 
  4. Choose the league you wish to play in (Competitive, Recreational, Women, Co-Rec., etc.)
  5. You can join a league or event one of three ways: Create a team (For team captains) Join a team Join as a Free Agent.
