Just in time for the holiday season, we are going to talk about how food plays a role in our stress cycles--for good and ill! If you've ever been guilty of stress eating (you know, 2am runs to Taco Bell, snacking on peanut M&Ms all day, or eating like a hobbit with seven square meals per day), then you may find this presentation helpful. Come learn how mindfulness can make you more aware of your stress patterns and more able to eat in a way that works for you instead of against you. Lunch will be provided to the first ten people to arrive.
