Do you have a difficult time comforting or motivating yourself with encouragement when you are challenged with a difficult issue? When you are faced with a problem, do you think you are a failure, inadequate, or overcome with feelings of suffering? Join us as we learn about a practice called mindful self-compassion that teaches you how to pay attention to your experiences and emotions without judgment so that you can self-soothe during difficult times. We will practice a mindful self-compassion exercise and discuss the benefits of integrating such a practice into your daily life.
