Unity in Health is an annual event that is intended to shed light on diversity at OUHSC, as well as promote interdisciplinary collaboration by hosting a panel full of students from all seven colleges. The discussion primarily revolves around how diversity impacts healthcare practices and how we can work together to improve our overall HSC experience. Our goal is to have student experiences from each college represented on the panel, and we would love to have students from the seven colleges attend this symposium to learn from our peers.
This event currently qualifies for:
- OUCHA education & IPE hours for students in the College of Medicine
- Co-Curricular credits for Cultural Awareness for students in the College of Pharmacy
We will be providing a free complimentary dinner to those attending Unity in Health in person. Zoom option also be available to those who cannot be there in person. You have until February 12 to RSVP for food specifically, but you can continue to RSVP for the event up until the day of the event. We hope to see everyone there!
