Enjoy a series of gentle, restorative poses, that release tension, allow you to de-stress, and ease the mind. We'll spend 45 minutes enhancing our mind/body connection.
- Yoga/Pilates/Workout mat - can be substituted with a towel, rug, or anything that is slip-resistant.
- Resistance strap - may be substituted with a scarf or tie
