The Student Satisfaction Survey is a campus climate and student wellness survey administered to all students at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center & OU-Tulsa. The survey data are used to provide OUHSC Student Government Association, staff, faculty, and administrators with unique insights into the student experience at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center & OU-Tulsa.

Tell us about your experience at OUHSC and help create a better campus for all students.

The survey takes about 25 minutes to complete and will be available until April 28, 2023. Your response data is anonymized and we do not collect IP addresses in this survey. Upon completion of the Student Satisfaction Survey, you will be forwarded to a separate survey to enter prize drawings.

A few notes.

  • The Student Satisfaction Survey is intended for all full-time and part-time students enrolled on the OKC campus, OU-Tulsa campus, and remote sites.
  • All entries obtained are subject to use by the University. 
  • Winners will be randomly selected on weekdays starting Monday, March 27 and continuing until April 28. 
  • After each drawing, winning students will be removed from subsequent drawings. 
  • All other students will remain eligible for subsequent drawings
  • The University of Oklahoma reserves the right to modify or change the program rules at any time. The Program and drawings are subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
