Medical Spanish Lesson on History of Present Illness: this will be a virtual lecture presented on Zoom, Friday 1/31 12-1pm by Dr. Ramirez Rojas.
The lecture will be modeled after the medical interview taught in the Clinical Medicine course. The lecture will not be recorded but the corresponding material will be sent following the lecture.
- Any level of Spanish is welcome
- All healthcare professional students are welcome
Dr. Ramirez Rojas is a researcher at the Secretariat of Science, Humanities, Technology, and Innovation in Mexico, affiliated with the Center for Research and Higher Studies in Social Anthropology (CIESAS), Southeast Unit in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. She specializes in Family Medicine and holds a Ph.D. in Public Health Sciences with a concentration in Health Systems. Her research focuses on the health of Indigenous peoples, governance, and COVID-19.
