Come exercise with us!
As a part of Wellness Week, the University Health Club and Exercise Is Medicine is hosting an outdoor (but shaded) group exercise! Join us on the library patio at 5:00pm Wednesday, May 5th for an easy/moderate whole-body workout led by the University Health Club’s own Brian Phillips. Please bring workout attire, water, and MASKS ARE REQUIRED. A workout mat is optional. We look forward to seeing you there!
