"The Regional Food Bank is leading the fight against hunger in Oklahoma and envision a state where no one goes hungry." Volunteer at the Regional Food Bank, whose mission is to "lead a network that provides nutritious food and pathways to self-sufficiency for people facing hunger". In addition to packing and distributing food to those in need, The Regional Food Bank focuses their efforts on educating the public on hunger and food scarcity, advocating for those living with hunger, and providing access to food resources.

 

On-site individual and group volunteering opportunities may inlcude assembling sacks of nutritious food for the Food for Kids Backpack Program or packing Commodity Supplemental Food Program boxes for seniors living on fixed incomes.
