There are several ways to schedule an appointment to see a counselor:

• Call (405) 271-7336 Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• E-mail us at counselors@ouhsc.edu.  
  • To protect your confidentiality, please limit your e-mail messages to scheduling information and also keep in mind that e-mails are checked during business hours listed above and responded to within 2 business days.

Step 2 | Complete Your New Client Paperwork

After you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with a link to fill out online intake paperwork. Paperwork must be completed before the morning of your scheduled appointment.
