The Accelerated Bachelors of Science in Nursing Association is thrilled to announce the start of a Hygiene Drive benefiting Palomar: OKC’s Family Justice Center, a safe haven for victims of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, stalking, elder abuse, and human trafficking. When fleeing abuse, many survivors leave without basic necessities and this drive will serve to help ensure they have access to essential hygiene products, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity. Palomar also provides critical resources like counseling, legal aid, and medical care—all under one roof. By donating, you’re helping survivors take a crucial step toward safety and stability!
The drive will run from February 24th through March 14th. Palomar is currently in need of the following items: Shampoo & Conditioner, Body Wash, Tooth Brushes, Tooth Paste, Floss, Cotton Rounds/Q-Tips, Menstrual Hygiene Products, Body Lotion, Hand Soap, Toilet Paper, Baby Wipes, and Haircomb/Hairbrush.
How YOU can help:
1. Donate to our dropoff box from February 24th-March 14th, located in the Student Union
2. Share the drive information with friends, family, and coworkers.
3. Stop by the first floor of the Student Union on February 24th for our "Donuts & Donate" kickoff event to learn more!
