November Pivot Adolescent Mental Health Nights
🗓️
Thursday, November 19, 6:30 PM
We host mental health nights every other Thursday night from 6:30-7:30pm at Pivot\, which is a shelter for youth ages&\;nbsp\;12-24 who are often homeless\, disconnected\, or otherwise at-risk.&\;nbsp\;This sign up is for Mental Health Nights at The Family Junction\, which is the adolescent division of Pivot. The main purpose of our time at Pivot is to be listening ears for the adolescents at the shelter and discuss mental health topics. Obviously\, none of us are doctors yet\, so we can'\;t (and don'\;t) provide medical advice or opinions above our expertise level. What we can provide is a listening ear and answers that are within our current level of knowledge. Sometimes we have a topic for the night prepared\, but we always appreciate active participation from the Pivot residents.&\;nbsp\;
