Step 2 | Complete Your New Client Paperwork
If you schedule online, you should be prompted to complete your intake paperwork prior to seeing options for dates and times to schedule. In that case, you're done! You will not receive any additional phone calls or emails from us prior to your appointment. We look forward to seeing you at your scheduled time!
If you have called us or emailed us, after you schedule your appointment, you can now go to the online web component and select your appropriate campus and New Clients Start Here. You do NOT need to select an additional appointment time after completing your paperwork, as you are already scheduled. You will also receive an email from us with the web component link and instructions for filling it out. Paperwork must be completed before the morning of your scheduled appointment.
