First-Year Student Programs

You Belong Here

Designed to provide access to campus resources and connections for students new to campus, First-Year Student programs are specifically designed to help you transition smoothly into university life, connect with fellow students, and thrive academically, personally, and professionally.

Embarking on a successful academic journey requires knowing the ins and outs of your campus resources. OUHC 101 is designed to help first‑year students navigate the tools, services, and support systems that set the foundation for success.

All incoming students are automatically enrolled in the OUHC 101 Canvas course following their orientation session.

If you would like access before attending orientation, you may request early enrollment by emailing Katie Glathar.
