OUHSC Flu Vaccine Clinics
The OU College of Pharmacy is hosting on-campus flu vaccine clinics for OUHSC faculty, staff, students, and their family members. Carefully review vaccine clinic details here.
Save time and complete consent forms here using access code R9P33L4E8 before arriving. To ensure receipt of vaccination documentation, please register using your campus email.
In accordance with a CDC recommendation, all U.S. flu vaccines will be trivalent for the 2024-2025 season. Read more here.
Please bring your insurance card and OU ID card to the vaccine clinic.
