Academic self-efficacy is the belief in one's ability to successfully perform tasks required to achieve specific academic goals. Research explored strategies to boost college students' sense of belonging and identify interventions that improve their learning experiences. Dr. Talia Brown-Wiebelt will present findings on empirically supported factors that influence and predict academic self-efficacy and well-being among undergraduate students of color. Attendees will gain insights into the values and resources that are crucial for fostering these essential aspects of successful development in higher education.
