The Student AAWD Organization at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry is organizing a garden walk open to students, staff, faculty, and more to encourage intercollegiate activities and fun with your peers and future colleagues! All students, staff, and faculty are welcome, regardless of gender or degree program. We hope to see you there!

These 20-minute sessions via Zoom start with 3-5 minutes of desk yoga and stretching then transition into guided meditation and breathwork led by Pooja Shrivastava, Ph.D. A great way to reduce stress and anxiety and improve focus and productivity.
